LG&E Clean-up with Trimble County Sponsors

April 12th through the 15th Payne Hollow On The Ohio did a major clean-up of the property. Years of accumulated stuff and various trash items washed down the river over the years were brought down to the river bank and hauled away by a barge with crane generously donated by the Trimble County Generating Station (LG&E) with special thanks to Cesar Maldanado, Laura Mohn and Paul Thompson. Other sponsors were the Trimble County Historical Society, the Trimble County Rotary Club, the Trimble County University of Kentucky Extension Service, the Trimble County Government, ORSANCO, and friends in Madison, Indiana.
